That the annual levy of taxes for the City <br />of Eugene for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1984 and ending <br />June 3 ~ , 19 8 5 i s required by law to be made by the City Counc i 1 <br />and certified to the County officers of Lane County, Oregon <br />prior to the time for completing the tax rolls, so that the <br />tax rolls may be extended and the taxes thereon collected at <br />the time that other taxes are collected.
