The Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan <br />Metro Plan} was adopted by the Eugene City Council on ~Tuly 25, <br />198 and amendments, thereto were subsequently adopted on February <br />8, 1982 by Eugene Ordinance No, 18927 and an February 15, 1954 by <br />Eugene Ordinance No, 19229. <br />~. Pursuant to the amendment process et forth in Chapter <br />Iv and Appendix A to the Metro Plan, Lane County has referred to <br />the cities of Eugene and Springfield. amendments to the text of <br />the Metro Plan, the working papers and the plan diagram. <br />3. Public hearings occurred on the proposed plan amendments <br />before the Eugene Planning Commission on October 2, 1954. The <br />Planning Commission recommended adoption of the amendments. <br />4. The Eugene City Council conducted a hearing on the <br />matters on October 8, 1984 allowing the record to remain open for <br />the submission of evidence until October 18, 1984, <br />Now therefore, based on the above findingsr <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The text of the Metro Plan is amended as set <br />forth in Attachment 1 which is attached hereto andincarporated <br />herein as though fully set forth, <br />Section Z. The Metropolitan Plan Update Exceptions Working <br />Paper -- Addendum is amended as set forth in Attachment 2 which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth, <br />Section 3. The Metro Plan diagram is amended to designate <br />the following parcels "Rural Commercial": Map 15-~3-1~-~1~ Tax <br />Lots 1~~~, 24~~, 25~~, 26~~, 31~~, 32~~; Map 18-~3~-11-3 } Tax <br />Lots 7~~, 8~~, 9~~, 1~~~, 14~~, 18~~, 19~~, 2~~1~, 211, 22~~, <br />4~~~. The Metro Plan diagram further is amended to designate the <br />following parcels "Rural Industrial": Map 18-~3-1a~1~ Tax Lats <br />111, 23~~, the east portion of 11~~, and the north portion of <br />21~~, All other parcels within this Bloomberg Road exception area <br />are designated "Rural Residential", <br />1 - Ordinonce <br />
