ORDINANCE NO. 19294 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING AMBULANCE REGULATIONS; AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 2.013, 3.005, 3.010, 3.135, 3.145, 3.160,.3.165, <br />AND 3.990 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; ADDING NEVI SECTIONS <br />3.115, 3.117, 3.119, 3.121, 3.123, 3.125, 3.127, 3.,129, <br />3.131, 3.133, 3.137, 3.139, 3.141, AND 3.143 TO THAT <br />CODE; REPEALING SECTIONS 3.130, 3.140, 3,150, 3.152, <br />AND 3.155 OF THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, The table of boards, commissions and~cammi.ttees contained <br />in subsection (1~ of Section 2.013 of the Eu ene Cade 1971 is hereb <br />g ~ ~ Y <br />amended by adding in alphabetical order therein the following: , <br />2.013 <br />Name Number of Appointive Term Authority <br />Members Authority <br />Emergency Medical 7 Nominated by 2 Yrs 3.119 Code <br />Services Baard Mayors, App't <br />By Councils <br />Medical Advisory 3 Nominated by 2 Yrs 3.119 and <br />Subcommittee Mayors, App't 3.123 Cade <br />By Councils <br />Section 2. Section 3.005 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended <br />by amending the definition of "Ambulance" contained therein; repealing the <br />definitions of "Ambulance attendant", "Ambulance driver", "Ambulance driver- <br />attendant", and "Emergency ambulance operator"; and adding new definitions <br />for "Emergency", "Emergency medical services ~EMS~", "Health care facility", <br />and "Response time" in alphabetical order therein, to read and provide: <br />3.005 Definitions.
