a minimum of First Responder EMS certification. <br />5. Emergency phone lines and all radio frequencies in <br />the dispatch center shall be recorded with a 24-hour, time--taped <br />device, capable of playback to desired second. In addition, <br />the emergency telephone line shall be equipped with a voice <br />recorder for immediate playback of distress calls. <br />6. T he communications center shall store the ~4 hour <br />timed tapes for no less than seven months. The city shall have <br />access to any or all tapes upon request. <br />7.
