Establishes requirements for program and policies, including <br />requirements for collection of samples and testing procedures. <br /> Exempts employer from civil actions under certain conditions when employer has <br />adopted comprehensive drug-free workplace program. Modifies definition of <br />'compensable injury' in workers' compensation law. Modifies application of disability law <br />in relation to illegal use of drugs. <br /> Requires applicant for medical marijuana registry identification card to notify employer <br />before using marijuana. Punishes violation <br />by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. <br /> Requires pharmacies to provide certain information to State Board of Pharmacy when <br />causing prescription drug ordered through online pharmacy to be dispensed.
