C7 Support <br />Comments: <br />We support this bill, which would require that a motor vehicle have its headlights on when <br />the windshield wipers are being used (except when they are being used solely for the <br />purpose of cleaning the windshield). Virtually anytime that windshield wipers must be <br />used, visibility is reduced.
