Continue conversations at cc table to push these <br />issues ahead, and evaluate what has already been done so we know where to start on <br />each issue. <br /> <br /> <br />Act to ensure we continue to strengthen relationships. <br />Build strong functional relationships between council and staff. <br /> <br /> <br />Decide how and plan to use these new skills at our next meeting. <br />As you lead us don’t forget to use the work we did around best case outcomes. <br />Focus on possibilities and resist worst outcome thinking. <br /> <br />Somewhere down the road, revisit this process with CC to see where we are. <br />Model the way. <br /> <br /> <br />Adjust time of agenda items to allow for this. <br /> <br />Maybe pick one issue to “solve” using our new skills. <br />Look at the process to see how we can reinforce the learning like the 3 minute rule, <br />communications, etc. <br /> <br /> <br />Hold both staff and council accountable about listening. <br />Keep listening. Encourage listening so we truly understand each others perspective. <br /> <br /> <br />Be brave and bold. Be clear and brief.
