<br />The processing fee and the checklist review fee must be paid before the City will begin its <br />review of the application. <br /> <br />R-3.175-C. Displav of License. <br /> <br />A fire safety license shall be posted in a conspicuous location near the primary <br />entrance of the facility so as to be immediately visible to any inspector. <br /> <br />R-3.175-D. Special Event License. <br /> <br />A special event fire safety license may be issued upon completion of an application <br />form therefor, which shall be provided by the City, and payment of required fees. The <br />special event license shall be valid only for the time, place and duration of the special <br />event as specified thereon. <br /> <br />R-3.175-E. Hold Harmless A2reement. <br /> <br />The applicant shall furnish to the City a signed statement that the licensee shall <br />hold harmless the City, its officers, agents, and employees and shall indemnify the City, its <br />officers, agents and employees for any claims of injury to property or persons that may <br />arise as a result of any activity carried on by the licensee. The agreement shall be <br />approved by the City Attorney before it will be accepted by the City. <br /> <br />This Rule is adopted after giving public notice by publication thereof on May 14, <br />15, 16, 17, and 18, 1991 in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within <br />the City that on May 10, 1991 I adopted a Proposed Amendment of Fire Safety Licenses <br />Administrative Rule R-3.175 and by making copies thereof available to current Fire Safety <br />licensees, persons who had requested notice, and other interested persons at the office of <br />the City's Planning & Development Department, Permit Services Division. The Notice <br />advised that an opportunity for written comment thereon would be provided for a period <br />of 15 days from the first date of publication. No comments have been received within the <br />time or in the manner required in the notice, and this Rule is therefor adopted as <br />proposed. <br /> <br />Dated and etTective this St'Lday of June, 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />~/kP <br /> <br />Administrative Rule - 2 <br />
