The processing fee and the checklist review fee must be paid before the City will begin its review of the application. R-3.175-C. Displav of License. A fire safety license shall be posted in a conspicuous location near the primary entrance of the facility so as to be immediately visible to any inspector. R-3.175-D. Special Event License. A special event fire safety license may be issued upon completion of an application form therefor, which shall be provided by the City, and payment of required fees. The special event license shall be valid only for the time, place and duration of the special event as specified thereon. R-3.175-E. Hold Harmless A2reement. The applicant shall furnish to the City a signed statement that the licensee shall hold harmless the City, its officers, agents, and employees and shall indemnify the City, its officers, agents and employees for any claims of injury to property or persons that may arise as a result of any activity carried on by the licensee. The agreement shall be approved by the City Attorney before it will be accepted by the City. This Rule is adopted after giving public notice by publication thereof on May 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, 1991 in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City that on May 10, 1991 I adopted a Proposed Amendment of Fire Safety Licenses Administrative Rule R-3.175 and by making copies thereof available to current Fire Safety licensees, persons who had requested notice, and other interested persons at the office of the City's Planning & Development Department, Permit Services Division. The Notice advised that an opportunity for written comment thereon would be provided for a period of 15 days from the first date of publication. No comments have been received within the time or in the manner required in the notice, and this Rule is therefor adopted as proposed.
