<br />J.... 3 - i I . 2- "1,---- <br /> <br />NOTICE OF INTENDED RULEMAKING <br /> <br />AMENDMENT OF FIRE SAFElY LICENSES <br />ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-3.17S <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority contained in <br />Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971, Micheal D. Gleason, City Manager of the <br />City of Eugene, intends to adopt as a permanent rule the Proposed Amended Fire <br />Safety Licenses Administrative Rule R-3.175 adopted by the City Manager on May <br />10, 1991, which: <br /> <br />Sets forth required application information; how required fees <br />are established; requirements for display of license; provisions for <br />special event licenses; and hold harmless agreement requirements. <br /> <br />The Proposed amendment of Fire Safety Licenses Administrative Rule R- <br />3.175, is necessary for the preservation of the safety and welfare of the public, and <br />may be reviewed at the office of the Planning & Development Department, Permit <br />Services Division, 244 East Broadway, Eugene, Oregon 97401 during normal business <br />hours. <br /> <br />AIl persons wishing to comment thereon or object thereto must submit their <br />comments or objections to the City's Planning & Development Department, Building <br />& Permits Services Division, 244 East Broadway, Eugene, Oregon 97401, in writing, <br />within fifteen (15) days of the date of the first publication hereof, as indicated below. <br />The City Manager will thereafter adopt the Proposed Fire Safety Licenses <br />Administrative Rule R-3.175, as a Permanent Rule. <br /> <br />MICHEAL D.
