We do not have a method to cite the offend- <br />ers at this time. There is a code item, but there is no citation amount set <br />or a method to issue the citation. We currently leave Fee Due Envelopes on <br />vehicles in the facilities at the end of the shift, but several people are <br />beginning to skip without paying. <br /> <br />The citation amount and citing method has been revie~nd approved by the City <br />Attorneys, Municipal Court, and Enforcement.
