The Director of the Planning & Development Department is specifically <br />delegated the authority to act as the "agency official" for the review of appeals under HUD <br />relocation benefit claims. <br /> <br />3. The authority delegated herein specifically does not include execution on <br />behalf of the City of any HUD contractual or funding approval commitment documents or <br />forms, which shall continue to be the responsibility of the City Manager to execute. <br /> <br />4.
