<br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 53-93-27 <br />of the <br />City Manager <br /> <br />Proposed Eugene Technical Codes <br />Administrative Rule R-8.010TC <br /> <br />Section 8.010 of the Eugene Code, 1971 authorizes the City Manager to <br />administratively adopt technical specialty codes for the City of Eugene. Pursuant to that <br />authority, and in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.019 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, I intend to adopt the following Proposed Eugene Technical Codes <br />Administrative Rule R-8.010TC: <br /> <br />PROPOSED EUGENE TECHNICAL CODES <br />ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-8.010TC <br /> <br />R-8.010TC-A <br /> <br />Structural Soecialtv Code. <br /> <br />The State of Oregon 1993 Edition Structural Specialty Code, including Appendix <br />Chapter 38 and Appendix Chapter 70, is hereby adopted as the Eugene Structural Specialty <br />Code (ESSC). <br /> <br />R-8.010TC-B <br /> <br />Mechanical Suecialtv Code. <br /> <br />The State of Oregon 1992 Edition Mechanical Specialty Code is hereby adopted as <br />the Eugene Mechanical Specialty Code (EMSC). <br /> <br />R-8.010TC-C <br /> <br />Plumbine Soecialitv Code. <br /> <br />The State of Oregon 1992 Edition Plumbing Specialty Code is hereby adopted as the <br />Eugene Plumbing Specialty Code (EPSC). <br /> <br />R-8.010TC-D <br /> <br />Swimmine Pool. Soa and Hot Tub Code. <br /> <br />The 1988 Edition Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa & Hot Tub Code, as published by <br />the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, is hereby adopted as the <br />Eugene Swimming Pool, Spa & Hot Tub Code (ESPSHTC). <br /> <br />Proposed Eugene Technical Code <br />Administrative Rule R-8-010TC - 1 <br />
