<br />R-8.010TC-E <br /> <br />Intemretation. <br /> <br />This rule is in addition to, and is not exclusive of, Administrative Rule R-8.005. To <br />the extent that this Rule conflicts with Administrative Rule R-8.005, R-8.005 shall control. <br /> <br />Public notice of this Proposed Rule shall be given by making copies thereof available <br />to affected current licensees or permittees and to any person who has requested such notice, <br />and by publication thereof in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within <br />the City for a least five days, providing interested persons an opportunity of not less than <br />15 days to submit written data or comments thereon.
