<br />1. The Building Official shall determine if uses similar to the above
<br />in terms of district intent, operating characteristics, building bulk and
<br />size, parking demand, customer types, and traffic generation are to be per-
<br />mi tted, permitted conditionally, or prohibited i n the district requested.
<br />2. In all but the C-4 Qistrict, all uses except those normally associ-
<br />ated with outdoor displays, storage, or operations, such as automobile sales,
<br />craft markets, garden supply centers, & service station pump islands, shall
<br />be in entirely enclosed buildings unless otherwise approved in a conditional
<br />use permit.
<br />3. Administrative offices in the C-4 District that existed on August 8,
<br />1984 are exempt from sections 9.612 to 9.626 pertaining to non-conformin
<br />g
<br />uses. This exemption is limited to development sites on which the adminis-
<br />trative offices existed on August 8, 19$4.
