Tn addition to general provisions, parking, . and other regulations required by this code, the fallowing uses are subject to the special standards set forth in this section: ~a} Bed and breakfast faci 1 i ti es i n C-1 districts: 1. The use must be combined with a commercial structure; ~. Commercial uses in the structure must have the obi 1 i ty to accomodate a bed and breakfast faci 1 i ty; 3. Required outdoor living area privacy must be main- tained; and 4. The total number of guest roams plus the owner or inn-keeper"s unit is limited to the minimum lot area per dwel 1 i ng room required i n the RG district. ~b~ Christmas tree outdoor sales: Day after Thanksgiving to January 1. ~c} .Collection of used Dods: 1. Must be in connection with mobile, attended, collec- tion centers as defined in section 9.254; Z. Traffic circulation and vision clearance both on- site and at entry locations shall not be impeded by the collection center's location, donated materials storage, or any other activities associated with the use; 3. , Collection center siting shat 1 meet al 1 f ire depart- ment criteria for access and separation for both the center and nearby structures; 4. The collection center shall not be located in the public right-of-way; 5. The collection center shall not use on~site parking spaces required for other uses; 6. The cal 1 ecti on center shall comply with all .sign district criteria and requirements; 7. An attendant shall be present at all times donated goods can be accepted; 8. The collection center attendant shall maintain the area around the center; 9. No outside storage of donated materials shall be al 1 owed; 10. No processing, sale, or distribution of collected materials shall be allowed; and 11. There must be at least ten feet between the collec- tion center and all residentially zoned property lines. ~d~ Day care facilities established after Se tember Z1 1983: 1. Tn addition to normally required parking for other uses an.the property, one parking space per outside employee 7s required. This standard can be modified using the condi- tional use permit procedure; and 2. Tn the C-1 district, educational programs offered as a primary activity, or programs that are primarily spe- cialized training in activities such as dance, drama, music, ordinance - 1Z
