Section 9,556 of the Eugene Code, 197.1, is hereby amended <br />to read and provide: <br />9.556 Lot.Covera e; Parkin Cavera e; Gutdoor Livia Area <br />Re uirements, <br />~, ~1~ Maximum permitted lot coverage by buildings and structures <br />in agricultural and residential districts shall be: <br />Maximum lot coverage: <br />AG, RA, R-1, RG and GD 50/ <br />R-2 54% <br />R-3 5C~ <br />R-4 5p~ <br />~Z} All other districts not listed in ~1} above shall not <br />be limited as to lot coverage, <br />Section 16. Section 9.558 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is hereby amended <br />to read and provide: <br />9.558 Main Buildin sand Uses and Accessory Buildin s. <br />~1~ Hereinafter, any building which is the only building on <br />a 1 of i s a main bui i di ng, <br />~2~ In any residential district there shall be only one main use <br />per lot or development site, provided that home occupations shall be allowed <br />where permitted. <br />~3} In any residential district, there shall be no more than <br />two accessory buildings on any lot or development site, <br />Section 17, Section 9.582 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended <br />to read and provide: <br />9.5$~ Re uired Gff-Street Parkin Gff-street parking shall be provided <br />as follows; <br />~a} Gn the development site for all uses in the AG, RA, Rw1 <br />I-1, and PL districts. <br />~b~ In the C-1 district, on the development site for all <br />uses, except employee parking may be located adjacent to ar dir- <br />ectly across the street from the property location of the use <br />served if; <br />1, The parking area is clearly posted for and used by <br />employers and employees only; and <br />2. The traffic engineer determines the arrangement will <br />not likely cause a vehicular or pedestrian hazard, interfere <br />with safe and convenient access, or be detrimental to appro- <br />priate development of properties in the general area. <br />~c} In all other zoning districts, required parking sha11 be <br />Qrdinance -~ 19 <br />
