qz ~-l Section 13. Subparagraphs ~d}2. and ~e}3. of Section 9.544 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby amended to read and provide; 9.544 Yard Exce tions and Permitted Intrusions Into Re uired Yards. The following intrusions may project into required yards to the extent and under the conditions and limitations indicated: ~d} Fences and walls: 2. In any commercial ar industrial district, fences or walls nat to exceed eight feet in height may be located or maintained in any yard except where the requirements of vision clearance apply. Fences or walls aver six feet high require a building permit approved in accordance with the building Code. fie} Parkin and driveways; (Also see sections 9.58D to 9.59$. } 3. In any commercial ar industrial district, except C-~ and I-1, parking spaces shall be permitted in any required ~ nter~ or yard i f requi red 1 andscape pravi si ons of section 9.5423} are met. In the C-~, C-4, and GQ districts, parking is not permitted in the required front yard. In the I-1 dis- trict, parking spaces may be located in required front yards if more than 20 feet f ram all abutting streets. Section 14. Section 9.546 of the Eugene Code, 191, is hereby amended by amending Subsection (1)(b), adding a new Subsection (1)(d), and amending Subsection (4)(e) thereof, to read and provide: 9.546 Lot Area Lot Area Per Dwellin Unit. ~1} In the following districts each lot ar development site shall have an area as shown below, except as provided in sections 9.532 to 9.567: fib} In the RA, R-~, R-2, R-3, and R-4 districts, each lot or development site shall have a minimum area of 4,500 square feet unless a duplex division lot or as may be established by a subdis- tr~ct, subject to the provisions of sections 9.060, 9.310, and 9.324 in RA and R-1 districts for corner lot duplexes, duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes. ~d} In the C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, and G0 districts, each lot or development site shall have a minimum area of 6,OOD square feet. ~4} Lot or development site area ,required per dwelling unit: fie} In the GO district, the minimum lot or development site area required per dwelling unit shall be the same as the area required in the R-2 district.
