Section 9.254 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by delet-~ <br />ing therefrom the definitions for "Automobile sales", "Motor vehicle, mobile <br />home and recreational vehicle sales area"; adding in alphabetical order <br />therein definitions for "Automobile", "Blood bank", "Mobi1e attended collec- <br />tion center", and "Truck, light"; and amending the definitions contained <br />therein far "Trailer", "Mobile home" and "Recreational vehicle", all to read <br />and provide: <br />9.254 Definitions. For purposes of sections 9.254 and 9.988 the state <br />statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to mobile homes, <br />mobile home accessory buildings and structures, and mobile home parks, <br />which definitions are adopted herein by reference, the following are defined <br />as indicated; provided, however, that far purposes of sctions 9.488 to <br />9.491 the definitions in section 2.405 sha11 prevail if in conflict with <br />the definitions i n this section <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
