To accomplish the purpose of this sub-district, i t i s necessary to establish special building permit procedures and special building requirements with respect to minimum finished floor elevations and drainage provisions. Permitted buildings and uses allowed ar conditionally allowed in each parent zone are permitted as hereafter specifically provided for in sections 9.644 to 9.646 of this ordinance. Amendments to the zoning flood hazard sub- district area shall be made in the same manner provided for in sections 9.668 to 9.686, fie} SR site review sub-district. Pursuant to the rovisions of sections 9.688 t - p • hrough 6.694, a sub d~str~ct may be created w~th7n any district listed in this Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance when considered necessary according to the purpose for site review as stated in section 9,686. The sub-district shall be designated by the suffix "SR" added to the symbol of the parent district. A11 uses permitted in the parent zone shall be allowable in this site review sub-district; provided, however, that a site review approval must be secured by the proper procedures prior to the issuance of a building permit for construction in this sub-district. Section 6. Section 9.274 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended by adding a new subsection ~3} thereto, to read and provide: 9.274 Elimination and Reclassification of Districts. ~3} The following district classifications existing prior to August 8, 1984, are eliminated and repealed, and an said date any land or property subject to said district classifications is reclassified to the district classification designated herein: O1 d District Ti t1 e New District Title C-2 Community Commercial C -2 General Commercial District C-3 Central Business District C-3 Ma jar Commercial District RP Residential-Professional District GO General Office District Section 7.
