C-4 Commercial-Tndustrial <br />. District regulations are primarily intended to provide for automa- <br />b~le-oriented, commercial uses and complimentary processing, assembling, <br />packaging, or repairing of previously manufactured products, This district <br />is limited to areas designated Strip or Street-Oriented Commercial in the <br />Metropolitan Area General Plan,. It is further limited to development sites <br />with direct frontage on arterials.
