ORDINANCE N0, l~l70 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1980, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 19$1; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:. <br />Section 1, That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon <br />for the year commencing July 1, 1981, and ending June 30, 1981, as set forth in <br />Section 2 below, be, and the same is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
