That this supplemental budget is prepared in accordance with <br />4RS 294.484~~}~a7, which authorizes the formulation of a supplemental bud et <br />q <br />resulting from "An occurence or condition which had not been ascertained at the <br />time of the preparation of a budget for the current year which re uires a <br />9 <br />change in financial planning." <br />Section 4. This ordinance, in accordance with ORS 294.454~3~, does "... <br />not authorize any increased 1 evy of taxes :" and appropriations for this su 1 e- <br />pp <br />rental budget shall be funded from previously uncommitted revenue, <br />Section 5.
