Subsection ~.3} of ~ecti,on 2.254 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />2.254 Joint Ho~usin~ Committee -- Membershi <br />~.3} In selecting public members of the committee, the <br />council shall seed persons with a demonstrated concern and know- <br />ledge about housing, such as rea~,tors, lenders, developers, ten- <br />ants of law-income housing developments, investors, architects, <br />designers, etc. <br />Section 6.
