The notice shall give a description of the area to be vacated as herein set out; state the date when this ordinance was passed, the name of any petitioners petitioning fo~c the vacation, and the date when the petition., together with any objections or remonstrances which may be made in writing and filed with the Recorder of the City of Eugene prior to the date of th.e hearing,~will be heard and considered. Section ~~~~. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five days after the fi.r~s~t publication of~ the notice post, or cause to be posted, at or near each end of th_e proposed 'vacation a copy of the foregoing., which shall, be heeded "Notice of A11ey Vacation," and which notice shall be posted .gin at least two conspicuous places in or on the area proposed to be ~va~cated. The pasting and the first day of publication of the notice shall be not less than twenty-eight ~2 $ ~ days before th.e time set for hear- ing.
