18%Y~3 <br />for, or if the installer fails to notify the fire <br />marshal by the tenth of the month succeeding the month a <br />new installation is made or a change is made requiring <br />an inspection, the fees shall be delinquent, and a <br />penalty equal to the amount of the fee is hereby imposed <br />for such delinquency. All fees and penalties shall be <br />collected by the fire marshal. <br />X39} Section 82.108 of the Uniform Fire Code is <br />amended to read: <br />Sec. 82.10$. Li uified Petroleum Gas -Licenses. <br />1. No person shall engage in or work at the <br />business of installing, extending, altering, or <br />repairing any liquified petroleum gas appliance or <br />piping, vent, or flue connection pertaining to or <br />in connection with liquified petroleum gas <br />installations either as employer or individual, <br />unless he has received a gas installation license <br />from the state fire marshal in accordance with oRS <br />4$0.414 to 480.460 and is licensed as such by the <br />city in accordance with the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />2. No person shall do any liquified Petro- <br />leum gas fitting or gas venting wank, install, <br />repair or remodel any piping or venting or any <br />installation, repair service, connection, or <br />disconnection of any liquified petroleum gas <br />appliance which is subject to inspection under oRS <br />480.410 to 480.464 unless he has received a <br />liquified petroleum gas fitters license from the <br />state fire marshal in accordance with 4RS 480.460 <br />and is licensed as such by the city in accordance <br />with the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />amended t <br />Fire <br />X40} Section 82.109 of the Uniform Fire Code is <br />o read; <br />Sec. 82.109. Li uified Petroleum Gas Bureau of <br />_ Prevention. The Bureau of Fire Prevention shall <br />inspect a number of liquified gas installations suf- <br />ficient to determine whether the provisions of this <br />article are being complied with. <br />X41} Section 82.110 of the Uniform Fire Code is <br />amended to read; <br />Sec. 82.110. No new liquified petroleum gas utility <br />plant shall be constructed within the limits <br />established by law as limits of the districts in <br />which such plants are prohibited. <br />2.
