18843 <br />tion. The fire marshal shall be notified of such <br />changes in the same manner provided in this section for <br />new installations. The fire marshal shall collect from <br />the owner a fee to be established by resolution of the <br />council for the inspection of each container, The <br />manner of inspection, requirement of corrections, satis- <br />faction of such requirements, and collection of fees due <br />and payable shall be in conformity with the provisions <br />of new installations. Liquified petroleum gas installa- <br />tion licensees shall furnish a list of the location of <br />10-year-old installations which they service, upon <br />request of the fire marshal. <br />~37~ Section 82,106 of the Uniform Fire Code is <br />amended to read: <br />Sec. 82.106. Li uified Petroleum Gas <br />Corrections, <br />1. When, upon inspection of any tank ~ the <br />new installation does not comply with the require- <br />ments of the fire marshal, the fire marshal shall <br />instruct the installer as to what corrections are <br />necessary for compliance with the requirements. <br />The installer of the new installation shall within <br />the time set by the fire marshall, which in no case <br />shall be more than 60 days after notification, <br />notify the fire marshal that the new, installation <br />complies with his requirements, If the installer <br />so fails to notify the fire marshal, or the fire <br />marshal has reason to believe that the corrections <br />have not been made, the fire marshal shall <br />reinspect the new installation and collect from the <br />installer an additional fee as established by reso- <br />lution of the council. The installer shall not be <br />held responsible for the payment of this additional <br />fee resulting from the actions of the user which <br />require correction to achieve compliance with the <br />requirements. In that case the user shall pay the <br />additional fee. <br />2, No person, after notice from the fire <br />marshal, shall fail to correct any improper <br />installation within the time set by the fire <br />marshal, which in no case shall be more than 60 <br />days after receiving such notice. <br />X383 Section 82.107 of <br />amended to read: <br />.5.~~~8 z~,,,l. ~? ,,..~~~~q,,u f ied <br />Fees.
