The Artist shall: <br />~:a~ ~e conu~issivned by ,the Contracting Agency to execute <br />and complete the work in a tl~ely and professional manner, or <br />transfer title of an e~ista,ng work of art to the A enc for in-- <br />g y <br />corporation in the project; <br />~b~ Deal personally with the Selection Committee, and <br />through the Com~.ittee, with.other persons responsible for the <br />project, In all phases of the negotiations.
