ORDINANCE NO. I~IO <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING CETA ADVISORY COUNCILS; <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 2.x13, 2.137, 2.139 AND 2.141 <br />4F THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; REPEALING SECTIONS <br />2.125, 2.127, 2.129, 2.,31, 2.133 and 2.135 OF <br />THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The table of boards, commissions and committees <br />contained in subsection ~ l} of Section 2. Q13 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended by deleting the references therein to CETA <br />Prime Sponsor Advisory Council and CETA Youth Advisory Council, and <br />amending CETA Private Industry Council to read and provide: <br />2.013 Cit Council - Eoards, Commissions and Committees. <br />~l~ Number of Appointment <br />Name Members Process Term Authority <br />CETA Eugene Private Nominated by <br />Industry Council 27 Mayor,appointed 4 years**** 2.137 and <br />by Council 2.139 Code <br />****original terms staggered, see section 2.127 for <br />composition of boars. <br />Section 2. Sections 2.125, 2.127, 2.129, 2.131, 2.133 and <br />2.135 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 3. Section 2.137 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />2.137 CETA Eugene Private Industry Council - Created. Pur- <br />suant to CETA rules and regulations, a consolidated <br />CETA Eugene private industry council is hereby established to <br />serve as an advisory body to the city council, and to assist <br />the city in planning and providing program oversight. <br />Section 4.. <br />Section 2.139 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />ordinance - 1 <br />
