ORDINANCE No. 18914 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ZONING REGULATIONS; AMENDING SECTIONS 9.296 AND 9.298 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 9.296 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: 9.296 Permitted Buildings and Uses. In the AG district, the following buildings and uses are permitted as herein- after specifically provided, subject to the general provisions and exceptions set forth in this ordinance beginning with and following section 9.532: ~a} Accessory buildings and uses normal and in- cidental to agricultural uses. ~.b} Agricultural uses or any other enterprise customarily carried on in the field of general agri~ culture and not obnoxious or detrimental to the public welfare. No commercial slaughterhouse operation shall be allowed. ~.c} Grange halls. ~d} Home occupations. ~e~ Public and semi-public buildings essential to the physical and economic welfare of an area, such as fire stations, substations, and pump stations. Interior yards for these uses shall be a minimum of 25 feet in width. i~o stockpiling or stor~ age of materials shall be allowed. ~_f~ Single family farm dwellings. ~g~ Stand for the display and sale of only those products raised upon the same premises provided it does not exceed an area of 200 square feet. Four off_street parking spaces shall be pro- vided in accordance with sections 9.580 to 9.598. Section 2.
