ORDINANCE No. 18914 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ZONING REGULATIONS; <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 9.296 AND 9.298 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 9.296 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9.296 Permitted Buildings and Uses. In the AG district, the <br />following buildings and uses are permitted as herein- <br />after specifically provided, subject to the general provisions <br />and exceptions set forth in this ordinance beginning with and <br />following section 9.532: <br />~a} Accessory buildings and uses normal and in- <br />cidental to agricultural uses. <br />~.b} Agricultural uses or any other enterprise <br />customarily carried on in the field of general agri~ <br />culture and not obnoxious or detrimental to the public <br />welfare. No commercial slaughterhouse operation shall <br />be allowed. <br />~.c} Grange halls. <br />~d} Home occupations. <br />~e~ Public and semi-public buildings <br />essential to the physical and economic welfare of an <br />area, such as fire stations, substations, and pump <br />stations. Interior yards for these uses shall be a <br />minimum of 25 feet in width. i~o stockpiling or stor~ <br />age of materials shall be allowed. <br />~_f~ Single family farm dwellings. <br />~g~ Stand for the display and sale of <br />only those products raised upon the same premises <br />provided it does not exceed an area of 200 square <br />feet. Four off_street parking spaces shall be pro- <br />vided in accordance with sections 9.580 to 9.598. <br />Section 2. Section 9.298 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9.298 Buildings and Uses Permitted C~ <br />tion to the buildings and uses <br />listed in sections 9.492 tv 9.502, the <br />grant a cond~.tional use permit for the <br />uses in accordance with the procedures <br />9.696 to 9.722: <br />onditionally.
