~a} Commercial stables. <br />fib} Dog kennels. <br />~c} Natural mineral resources, development <br />of, together with the necessary buildings, apparatus, <br />or appurtenances thereto, including but not limited <br />to rock, sand, gravel and mineral dredging, processing <br />and stockpiling, top soil removal, and all types of <br />mineral recovery or mining, excluding smelters and ore <br />reductions. <br />~d} Riding academies. <br />Section 3.
