In the M-2 Light Indus- trial District, the following buildings and uses are permitted as hereinafter specifically provided, subject to the general .provisions and exceptions set forth in this ordinance beginning with and following section 9.532. If, however, any permitted building or use would be hazard- ous, obnoxious, offensive or unsightly by reason of emission of odor, sound, vibration, radioactivity, electrical interference, glare, liquid or solid wastes, smoke or other air pollutants, said building or use shah be treated as a conditional use, subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit, in accord- ance with the procedures set forth in sections 9.696 to 9.722: ~a} Accessory buildings and uses normal and incidental to the buildings and uses permitted in sections 9.462 to 9.466. fib} Agricultural machinery, sales and services. ~c} Agricultural supplies, including hatcheries. ~d} Agricultural uses or any other enterprise customarily carried on in the field of general agricul- ture.
