Section 9.464 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereb <br />Y <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9.464 Permitted Buildings and Uses. In the M-2 Light Indus- <br />trial District, the following buildings and uses are <br />permitted as hereinafter specifically provided, subject to the <br />general .provisions and exceptions set forth in this ordinance <br />beginning with and following section 9.532. <br />If, however, any permitted building or use would be hazard- <br />ous, obnoxious, offensive or unsightly by reason of emission of <br />odor, sound, vibration, radioactivity, electrical interference, <br />glare, liquid or solid wastes, smoke or other air pollutants, <br />said building or use shah be treated as a conditional use, <br />subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit, in accord- <br />ance with the procedures set forth in sections 9.696 to 9.722: <br />~a} Accessory buildings and uses normal and <br />incidental to the buildings and uses permitted in <br />sections 9.462 to 9.466. <br />fib} Agricultural machinery, sales and services. <br />~c} Agricultural supplies, including hatcheries. <br />~d} Agricultural uses or any other enterprise <br />customarily carried on in the field of general agricul- <br />ture.
