Section 9.702 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by adding a new subparagraph ~.d} thereto, to read and pro- <br />vide: <br />9.702 <br />~.d} In an M-l, M-2, or M-3 District, that the <br />proposed commercial use is dependent on or at least <br />provides a direct service to people engaged in indus- <br />trial uses. <br />Section 8.
