In addition, all industrial uses not listed <br />elsewhere in this ordinance, and those uses listed <br />in section 9.464, are permitted. Those uses <br />listed in section 9.466 shall also be permitted as <br />conditional uses in this district. <br />~b~ Commercial buildings and uses. The follow- <br />ing buildings and uses devoted primarily to retail <br />sales and service, in addition to those listed in <br />section 9.464, shall be permitted: <br />1, other retail sales and services pro- <br />vided that they shall only be incidental and <br />directly related to the operation of industrial <br />uses. <br />~c~ Residential buildings and uses.: <br />1, ~7wellings, single family, or dwelling <br />units, limited to one whenever the use requires <br />the on-site residence of such person, <br />~d~ other buildings and uses: <br />1, Accessory buildings and uses normal and <br />incidental to the buildings and uses permitted <br />in sections 9.468 to 9,474, <br />2. Administrative and sales offices, <br />limited to those related to permitted industrial <br />uses, <br />3, Private parking areas and garages, <br />4, Public and semi-public buildings. <br />Buildings and uses existing as of are exempt from sections <br />9.612 to 9,626 pertaining to non-confor~~ing uses, <br />Section 6. Section 9.474 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9.474 Buildin s and Uses Permitted Conditionall . <br />~1} In addition to the buildings and uses permitted <br />conditionally, listed in sections 9.492 to 9,502, the hearings <br />official may grant a conditional use permit for any of the <br />following buildings and uses in accordance with the procedures <br />set forth in sections 9.696 to 9,722.: <br />~a} Abattoirs, provided that they are enclosed <br />within a building including storage of live or dead <br />animals. <br />~.b~ Billboards. <br />~c~ Incineration or reduction of garbage, dead <br />animals, offal or refuse. <br />~d} Automobile and building wrecking yards. <br />~2} Upon finding that the following proposed use is <br />dependent on or at least provides a direct service to people <br />engaged in industrial uses, the hearings official nay grant a <br />conditional use permit for any of the following buildings and <br />uses in accordance with the procedures set forth in sections <br />9.696 to 9.722: <br />ordinance - 6 <br />
