Additional conditions may be imposed <br />as are deemed necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of <br />the Willamette River Greenway, and to insure that any intensi~- <br />f ic.ations, changes of use, or developments within the Greenway <br />boundaries as finally approved are compatible with the Greenway. <br />If Planned Unit Development Procedures or Conditional Use Pro- <br />cedures are required only for the purpose of complying with <br />the Greenway and not for the purpose of complying with other <br />requirements of the Fugene Code, 1971, only those findings <br />specified above need be made. <br />Section 3.
