<br />W'HFZEAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution Na. 3 36 9 adopted by
<br />the Common Council on the 21St ~ day of MdV I98~ determine to ~aVe and
<br />construct sanitary sewer, storm sewer and sidewalk on Hawkins Lane from Glen Mar to
<br />south City limits,
<br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.195 of the City Code, deterctiine to
<br />assess far Special Sewer bevy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County,, Oregon.
