1$433 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating ,local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 through 7,180 of the Eugene City _ <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EI~GENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOllO~S: <br />Section 1. That the fatal cost of paving and constructing sanitary <br />sewer, storm sewer and sidewalk an Hawkins lane from Glen Mar to south City <br />limits. <br />i n the City of Eugene, i s the sum of ~ 255,551.87 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section Z.
