<br />NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF <br />A NEW CITY OF EUGENE PARK RULE <br /> <br />NOTICE is hereby given that on January 12, 1987, Ernest <br />Drapela, Executive Manager of the Eugene ParkS-and Recreation <br />Department, adopted the following amendment to the Eugene Park <br />Rules: <br /> <br />1.071 <br /> <br />GLASS BEVERAGE CONTAINERS. <br /> <br />Except as authorized in writing by the Execu- <br />tive Manager of the Parks & Recreation Department, no <br />person may possess a beverage container made of glass in <br />any City park or County park within the City limits, or <br />bring, carry or transport any beverage container made of <br />glass into any City park or County park within the City <br />limits. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to comment thereon must submit the same <br />in writing to the undersigned, at the address indicated, within <br />ten days from the date of publication of this notice.
