1$950 <br />as herein set out; state the date when this ordinance was passed, the <br />name of any petitioners petitioning for the vacation, and the date <br />when the petitions together with any objections or remonstrances which <br />may be made in writing and filed with the Recorder of the City of <br />Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will be heard and considered. <br />section 5. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five <br />days after the first publication of the native post, or cause to be <br />posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy of the <br />foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Alley Vacation," and <br />which notice shall be posted in at least two conspicuous places in <br />or on the area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice shall <br />be not less than twenty-.eight ~2 8 ~ days before the time set for hear~- <br />ing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />14th day of April, 1982 <br />City Recor r <br />Approved by the ~~ayor this <br />14th day of April, l 82 <br />~.
