18961 <br />pay or collect the patron user fee prescribed in section 3.810, <br />except that nothing in this subsection shall prevent: <br />~a} The disclosure to, or the examination of <br />records and equipment by a city official, employee, <br />or agent for the sale purpose of administering, <br />collecting, or auditing the patron user fee; <br />fib} The disclosure of general statistics re- <br />garding taxes col~.ected or business done in the <br />city; or <br />{_c} The disclosure of information necessary <br />to enforce the provisions of sections 3.810 and <br />3.81.2. <br />Section 2, Section 3.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />3.990 Penalties - 5 ecific. <br />{l} Violation of section 3.D1D is punishable by fine <br />not less than $50.D4 but not to exceed $540.40. <br />{2} Any person who fails to pay a tax as required by <br />section 3.700 of this code may be fined $50.00 per day so long <br />as the failure continues. <br />{3} Engaging in an activity for which a license has <br />been revoked or suspended is punishable by fine not to exceed <br />$500.00, or confinement in jail, not to exceed 100 days, ar both <br />fine and imprisonment. <br />{.4 } Violation of sections 3.314 to 3.319 , 3.715 and <br />3.412 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 or confine- <br />ment in jail not to exceed 100 days, or both fine and imprison- <br />ment. <br />Section 3. Section 3.996 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />repealed. <br />Section 4.
