ORDINANCE N0. <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE 2-~l INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTIONS 9.254, 9.268, 9.510, <br />9.534, 9.540, 9.542, 9.544, 9.546, 9.582, 9.586, <br />AND 9.595 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; ADDING SEC- <br />TIONS 9.442, 9.443, 9.444, 9.445 TO THAT CODE; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN A5 FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 9.254 of the Eugene Code, 1971 is hereby <br />amended by adding in alphabetical order therein, the fallowing: <br />9.254 <br />Industr_ia1_,,,,park. Any planned industrial develop- <br />ment designed as a coordinated environment for a vari- <br />ety of industrial and industrially related activities, <br />.~.....,,_.. having a comprehensive development plan that ensures <br />~~ ~ ~ ,~..,~~-..~ compatibility among planned uses as well as compati-- <br />'`~- ~~~~~ ~~~~ ...:M,~- bility of those uses with adjacent ro ernes which <br />P P , <br />. occurs on a parcel or adjacent parcels under single <br />~- ~- ~~~, ~ ~;~:;;~x ownership or development control. <br />~~ <br />.... <br />.f, R,..~ fr., <br />SIC. The Standard Industrial Classification <br />Manual. When the acronym "SIC" is used in conjunc- <br />tion with a number it refers to those establishments <br />that are included in the numbered group in the Stand- <br />ard Industrial Classification Manual, Executive Office <br />of the President, Office of Management and Budget, <br />Washington, D.C., U. S. Government Printing Office, <br />1972, or as subsequently amended. <br />Section 2. Subparagraph ~a} of Section 9.268 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, is hereby amended by adding before "M--1 Limited indus~- <br />trial district" the following: <br />9.265 <br />~. a } <br />I-1 Special. industrial district. <br />Section 3. Subsection ~7} of Section 9.510 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended by relettering subparagraph ~c} to ~d} and <br />adding a new subparagraph ~c} thereto, to read and provide: <br />Ordinance ~- 1 <br />
