18989 <br />9.510 General Provisions <br />~7} <br />~.c} I-1 Zone: uses and buildings permitted <br />outright or sub,~ect to site review. <br />Section 4. Subsection ~3} of Section 9,534 of the Eugene Code, <br />19?1, is hereby amended by adding a new subparagraph ~c} thereto, <br />to read and provide: <br />9.534 Building,,Hei~ht Li,mita,tions. <br />~3} Industrial: <br />~c} In the T-1 district, no building height <br />shall obstruct solar radiation to: <br />1. Other main building roof tops in indus- <br />trial or commercial zoning districts, <br />2. Potential main building roof tops 20 <br />feet in height in buildable areas in industrial <br />or commercial zo~n~ing districts; or, <br />3. Existing or potential south-facing <br />building walls in buildable areas in residential <br />zoning districts. <br />As used in this section, "solar radiation" is the su p- <br />light generated on becember 21 of any year between l0 <br />a.m, and 3 p.m, standard time. <br />Section 5. Subparagraph Via} of subsection ~.3} of Section 9.540 <br />of the Eugene Code, 1871, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.540. Front Yards <br />~.3} Industrial: <br />~a} Except as provided in sections 9.532 to 9.574, <br />all lots or development sites in the I-1 and M-~1 dis- <br />tricts shall have a front yard of at least 30 feet. <br />Section 6. Subsection ~3~ of Section 9,542 of the Eugene Code, <br />l9?1, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.542 Interior Yards. <br />~3} Industrial: All lots or development sites in the <br />I-1, M-l, M--2, and M-3 districts shall have no interior yards <br />required where said lots yr development sites abut praperty <br />lines of commercially or industrially zoned property.
