18999 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.17D through i.l8a of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />P~otice of the proposed assessment to the or~rners and reputed owners <br />of~the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the Cit~v Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />Tf~E CITY OE' EUGEhdE 04ES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. That the total cost of sanitary sewers to serve <br />Wi1lakenzie Island Annexation Area #S, ~A-Z X18-11}, generally including Bar-M <br />Subdivision, and property clang 1~i]lakenzie Road, Best Lane, Van Avenue, Bogart <br />Lane, Bailey Lane, Randall Street and Satre Street <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 416,359.2g , aforesaid, ti~hich <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set apposite, respectively, <br />Section 2, That the City Council of the city of Eugene, 0~^egan, <br />does hereby determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, <br />Lane County,.
