ORDINANCE NO.~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A FINANCIAL PLANNING <br />COMMITTEE; AMENDING SECTION 2.013 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971; ADDING SECTIONS 2.366 AND 2.368 T4 <br />THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY 4F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. ~ Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />hereby amended by adding in alphabetical order therein the following: <br />2.013 <br />Name Number of <br />Members <br />Financial 4 Councilors <br />Planning <br />Committee <br />*Two of initial members t{ <br />Section 2.
