18388 <br />passed, the name of any petitioners petitioning for the vacation, <br />and the date when the petition, together with any objections or <br />remonstrances which may be made in writing and filed with the Re- <br />corder of the City of Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will <br />be heard and considered, <br />Section 4, The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five <br />days after the first publication of the notice post ar cause to be <br />posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy of the <br />foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Alley Vacation", and <br />which notice shall be pasted in at least two conspicuous places in <br />or on the area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of .publication of the native shall <br />be not less than twenty-eight ~~S} days before the time set for hear- <br />~.ng . <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />day of May, 197 9 4 <br />Ci y Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />ay of May, 1979. <br />Mayor <br />
