<br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> Based on the above findings, and the legislative findings attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, which are adopted in support of this Resolution, the PROS <br />Comprehensive Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, is hereby <br />adopted. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> This Resolution shall become effective 30 days from the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> <br /> The foregoing Resolution adopted the __ th day of February, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> City Recorder <br /> <br />Resolution - 2 <br />
