ORDINANCE NO. 18 53 a An ordinance vacating the following described public utility easement,. to-wit: That portion of a 5.04 foot Public Utility Easement being more particularly described as follows: The. Easterly 5.00 feet of Lot 6, Centennial Plaza Subdivision, as platted and recorded in File 73, Slide 131, Lane County oregon Plat Records, when said 5.00 feet is measured perpendicular to the east line of said Lot, in Eugene, Lane County, oregon. tSchaudt EV 79-11~ 0n the l7th day of October, 1979, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed ordinance 18524 setting a hearing to be held on the 21st day of November, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described public utility easement. Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to said ordinance at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 21st day of November, 1979, at 12:00 noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all abjec,tions. All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for same. THE CITY of EUGENE DQES ORDAIN AS FQLLOwS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made at the ordinance ~ l
