The consent of the owners of the abutting property <br />has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public <br />interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the public utility <br />easement. <br />Section 2, The hearing was held on the 21st day of November, <br />1979, at 12:DQ noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary <br />to be dare in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabave described public utility easement <br />is hereby vacated, and the public utility easement so vacated shall <br />revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon, <br />Section 4.
