Subsection t1~ ~a~ of Section 9.534 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide. <br />9, 534 Bui~,dn ~ieight Limitations. <br />~:1} Residential; . <br />~.a7 zn the AG, R~, R-1, R-2 and RP districts, <br />no main building shall exceed 2~-l/2 stories, or 30 <br />feet in height, whichever is the lesser, except, de~- <br />velepment in R~ and R-1 Districts pursuant to subset- <br />, tions ~2~_ o~ section 9.318 or 9.324 shall be limited <br />to buildings one and one~half stories in height with-~ <br />.~ i,n 20 feet o~ any interior lot lines. <br />Section 5. Subsection ~c}. of Section 9.550 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and pa~ovide: <br />9.558 Cluster Subdivisions ~in RA and R~l Districts. <br />_~c~ Maximum density, defined for this section <br />as total dwelling units divided into the total area <br />included in the application, does not exceed four <br />dwelling units per acre and does not exceed that per- <br />mitted~by the district or sub-district in which the <br />subdw%sion is to be located, taking into account the <br />provisions of sections 9.348 to 9.310 and 9,322 to <br />9.324 for duple, triplex, .and fourplex development. <br />Section 6. Subsection ~a}2, of Section 9.586 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.5 8 6 Parkin,g_ Spaces ,,,, Req~i,red . <br />2.
