1856/ <br />Section 2, The Masonic Cemetery and Hope Abbey Mausoleum <br />shall be controlled by the restrictions set forth in Exhibit "A" <br />and by Sections 2.409 through 2,411 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 3. The Eugene Masonic Lodge No. 11 AF & AM, owner <br />of the Masonic Cemetery and Hope Abbey Mausoleum referred to <br />herein may apply to the City for financial assistance as provided <br />in Section 2.412 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 4.
