'' An Ordinancevacating the following described bicycle/pedes-- trian path easement, to-wit: The souther~.y ten ~~10 ~ feet of Lot 10 5 , Oakway First Addition ~s'~platted and recorded in Book 69, Page 31, Lane County Plat Records, in Section 20, Township 17 South, Range 3 West, V~illamette Meridian, Eugene, Lane County, oregon. RESERVTNG herein as easement on the ground, above the ground and beneath the ground for purposes of a public utility easement as established as a part of the plat of Fairway View PUD, and the right to enter thereon for purposes of construction, recon- struction and maintenance. ~.EV 79-12 L.J. Campbell} On the 16th day of January, 1950, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 1$555 setting a hearing to be held on the 20th day of February, 19$4, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which. time and place protests and remon- strances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described bicycle/pedestrian path easement. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear- ing was held pursuant to th.e ordinance at the Council Chambers, at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 20th day of February, 19$4, at Noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the bicycle/pedes- Irian path easement to be vacated h.~Ye consented to the vacation and applied fox th.e same.
